A few hours later, the technician arrived at the client’s and identified the cause. The reason for the control panel not working was that the bake element was destroyed which caused a short circuit of the control panel.
The technician replaced the control panel and bake element. After a quality repair by a technician of our company, the Thermador cooker works excellently.
