The client contacted our company with a Wolf gas range problem

The issue with the Wolf gas range was when the thermostat knob was turned to Bake mode the gas in the oven ignites with a loud sound.

On the same day the technician went to the client and carried out diagnostics according to which it was established that the cause of this problem was the destruction and enlargement of the gas hole in the burner loop and the later operation of the igniter.

The Wolf gas range was repaired the next day. Burner loop and igniter were replaced.

After the repair the Wolf gas range works fine.

The customer is given a 180-day repair warranty.
